Shipping Policy Overview

1. Order Processing Time

Our U.S. warehouse processes orders in 1-3 business days, not including weekends. International facility processing takes 2-3 business days, and 3-5 for custom orders. This may increase during busy seasons. Check each product’s “Shipping Information” tab for specifics. Note: Processing may lengthen from November to December. Tracking information is provided post-order.

2. Shipping Address Changes

Change requests for shipping addresses should be emailed. Post-dispatch, changes are not possible. Verify your address carefully, especially for U.S. warehouse orders which ship faster. We are not responsible for incorrect address shipments. Refer to our liability policy for details.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

We mainly offer free shipping. Costs, if any, are calculated at checkout. Shipping options include:

  • Free Shipping: For all orders, with possible fees in certain U.S. regions.
  • Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $30, variable by country.

Delivery estimates are 7-14 days for standard and 3-7 days for expedited shipping. These are approximate and subject to carrier delays, especially during peak seasons.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Items from overseas factories can’t be shipped to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or remote areas like Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. warehouse items, shipped via USPS, don’t have these restrictions.

5. Package Protection

Optional package protection at checkout covers loss, damage, or theft during transit. This is only available if selected during checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Change of Mind Returns

Returns accepted within 60 days for unopened items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility.

6.2 Carrier-Related Returns

Customers are responsible for accurate address provision and ensuring delivery feasibility. Undelivered items due to customer absence are refundable minus shipping and restocking fees.

6.3 Warranty Claims

A 60-day warranty covers manufacturing defects. Shipping-related claims require separate processing and valid only with package protection.
